Unfortunately I do not have Chocoblock Cookies here today for my TWD friends, but I have finally gotten around to posting this wonderful Mocha Walnut Marbled Bundt Cake from a few weeks back. I love a good bundt cake. Do you love a good bundt cake too? I mean really, what's not to love? These homey, usually fairly simple cakes can be eaten and enjoyed any time of day, including my personal favorite, for breakfast. Not buying into the whole cake for breakfast thing? Well, my grandma always let us eat her Honey Cake for breakfast, and well, she's right about everything. So there. You still won't eat cake for breakfast you say? Well, kiss my BUNDT!
OK, sorry. No need to get hysterical. You can eat this Mocha Walnut Marbled Bundt Cake whenever you want. (Ehem, I still say it's best served with a cup of coffee and a bowl of fruit first thing in the morning). This rich, buttery vanilla pound cake with hints of walnut swirled with a chocolatey cake that has a delicious coffee flavor, will make a bundt cake convert out of you any time of day. Promise.
